Key Accountabilities Include:Provides direction and guidance to Pacific Blue Cross business units, responsible for;Developing, managing and maintaining communications and ongoing engagement of segments and customers;Developing and maintaining key IaTS service documentation (RFI, RFPs, Proposals, Service Level Agreements) and catalogs, when required;Developing and maintaining service policies and objectives with business units and customers;Understanding and documenting required outcomes in key segments for individual products;Participates in strategic and tactical plans in alignment with corporate and IaTS goals;Acts as the primary IaTS management interface to the business;Understands business and customer needs, respond to issues or complaints;Assists business in capturing business requirements/use cases;Identifies system or process risks associated with change or enhancement requests;Works with technical teams to present business with options to address business requirements;Reviews requirements for compliance and/or security risks and engage appropriate PBC resources for review;Reviews what controls need to be considered/tested/enhanced in support of a change requests;Liaises with IaTS to identify the prioritization of business requirements;Champions IaTS communications to the business, customers, external vendors and consultants (when applicable).
